激光波长计
1、SHR-激光波长计
SHR激光波长计可以方便的测量脉冲和连续激光器的波长,精度达到+/- 3pm,整个波长范围是190-1100nm。光学分辨率(FWHM)可以达到30000(λ/Δλ(FWHM)),在紫外段,可以达到6pm,在近红外波段可以达到40pm。SHR激光波长计由于其快速测量的特点,也可以用于在线测量。
SHR激光波长计并不是用于一般的宽光谱测量,但是,它凭借中阶梯光栅,可以很好的用于分析窄波长的产品-在UV短的峰展宽0.5nm到近红外波段的18nm。
