TL-VLDC002和TL-VITC002设计紧凑,是易于使用的VCSEL二极管(垂直腔面发射激光器)的激光器电流控制器。这些控制器是为VCSEL典型的低电流驱动而设计的。它们非常适合OEM应用和实验室的灵活装置。包含通用的5伏直流电源。
功能
这些驱动器具有板载TO-型插座,可直接插上VCSEL二极管。 整合的三角波电流调制特征允许高速扫描VCSEL的波长,可应用于光谱学。另外,模拟输入使外部波长调制成为可能。当使用上述任何一项功能时,可调节的调制电流上限可保护激光二极管免受意外损坏。
安全的VCSEL操作
各种安全措施允许高达25毫安下方便而安全的操作VCSEL。特别注意的是要确保极干净的低噪声驱动电流来防止对高敏感性VCSEL二极管的破坏。当二极管不在所需要的工作温度范围内时,温度窗口指示器LED将会显示,从而为可能发生的有害波长偏移提供指示(仅TL-VITC002)。开放的电路输出检测和互锁可防止由于接触不良造成的损害,增强灵敏VCSEL二极管操作的安全性。
特别注意: 请确定所驱动的VCSEL的极性。VCSEL激光器电流源的极性固定为AG(阳极接地)并且不能改变。这些驱动器仅能驱动引脚兼容的VCSEL激光器。TL-VLDC002设计用于VCL激光器系列,而TL-VITC002对VCL和VCT激光器系列都适用。更多信息请查阅TL-VLDC002 或TL-VITC002 操作手册,或联系技术支持:info@terahertzlabs.com。
